All content available on the Skillkesari Academy website, learning portals, dashboards, recorded sessions, study materials, presentations, assignments, assessments, and communication channels is provided for educational purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality, Skillkesari Academy does not guarantee that all content will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every individual learner’s expectations or outcomes.

Enrollment and Course Access

Enrollment in any Skillkesari Academy program is confirmed only after successful completion of the registration process and receipt of applicable fees. Once enrollment is confirmed, learners are granted access to course-related resources based on the program structure. Access may include live sessions, recorded classes, study materials, practice files, assignments, projects, assessments, internal communication groups, and trainer guidance.

Access to course content is strictly limited to the enrolled learner. Sharing login credentials, materials, recordings, or any part of the training with others is strictly prohibited. Skillkesari Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if unauthorized sharing or misuse is detected.

Course Structure and Modifications

Skillkesari Academy designs its courses based on industry requirements, trainer expertise, and learner needs. However, we reserve the right to update, modify, restructure, replace, or remove any part of the course content, curriculum, tools, technologies, assignments, or delivery format at any time. Such changes are made to improve training quality, align with market needs, or address operational requirements.

Learners acknowledge that course structures may evolve during the training period and agree that such changes do not entitle them to refunds, compensation, or legal claims. Any updates made are intended to enhance learning value and professional relevance.

Training Modes and Delivery

Skillkesari Academy offers training through online, offline, and hybrid modes depending on program availability, learner preferences, and operational feasibility. Online training may include live virtual sessions, recorded content, digital resources, and remote trainer support. Offline training may involve physical classroom sessions at designated locations. Hybrid training may combine both formats.

Learners are responsible for ensuring access to required devices, internet connectivity, software, and basic technical readiness for online or hybrid programs. Skillkesari Academy is not responsible for disruptions caused by learner-side technical issues.

Trainer Allocation and Changes

Skillkesari Academy assigns trainers based on availability, expertise, and batch requirements. While we aim to maintain consistency, trainer changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as health issues, scheduling conflicts, or operational needs. Learners agree that trainer changes do not constitute grounds for refunds or disputes.

All trainers associated with Skillkesari Academy are qualified professionals with relevant industry and teaching experience. Our priority remains quality training and learner outcomes, regardless of trainer assignment changes.

Attendance and Participation

Learners are expected to attend sessions regularly and participate actively in training activities. Attendance requirements may vary by program. Recorded sessions may be provided for revision or missed classes, but live interaction and engagement are essential for effective learning.

Skillkesari Academy is not responsible for learning gaps arising from poor attendance, lack of practice, or failure to follow guidance provided by trainers.

Assessments, Projects, and Certifications

Assessments, assignments, and projects are designed to evaluate understanding and practical application of concepts. Learners are expected to complete assigned tasks honestly and independently. Any form of plagiarism, copying, or misconduct may result in disqualification or termination of access without refund.

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of program requirements as defined by Skillkesari Academy. Certification does not guarantee employment, salary outcomes, or job placement. Certificates reflect training completion and skill exposure, not job assurance.

Career Support and Placement Assistance

Skillkesari Academy provides career guidance, resume support, interview preparation, mock interviews, and portfolio guidance as value-added services. These services are intended to support learners in their career journey but do not constitute a job guarantee or placement assurance.

Placement outcomes depend on multiple factors including learner skills, performance, experience, interview readiness, market conditions, and employer requirements. Skillkesari Academy shall not be held liable for job outcomes or employment decisions made by third parties.

Fees, Payments, and EMI

All fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule. Skillkesari Academy may offer full payment, partial payment, or EMI options through third-party financial partners. Learners are responsible for understanding EMI terms, interest, and obligations before opting for such plans.

Once enrollment is confirmed and access is provided, fees paid are generally non-refundable as outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Failure to attend sessions or complete the course does not entitle learners to refunds.

Code of Conduct

Learners are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward trainers, staff, and fellow learners. Misconduct, harassment, abusive language, disruption of sessions, or violation of community guidelines may result in immediate termination without refund.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, branding, logos, course designs, and intellectual assets belong exclusively to Skillkesari Academy. Learners are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use materials solely for personal learning purposes.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, recording, or public sharing of content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Skillkesari Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, website, or training programs. Learners agree that participation is at their own discretion and risk.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Skillkesari Academy and the learner. No verbal or written representations outside these documents shall be considered binding.
