By enrolling in any training program, workshop, certification course, or service provided by Skillkesari Academy, the learner agrees to comply with and be bound by this policy.

Skillkesari Academy is a professional, career-focused, tech-based training institute that delivers structured skill development programs through online, offline, and hybrid learning modes. Our programs involve planned batch schedules, limited seat allocation, trainer assignment, learning material preparation, technical infrastructure, and administrative coordination. Once a learner completes registration, multiple resources are immediately reserved and activated to ensure smooth delivery of training. Due to the nature of professional education services, cancellations and refunds are governed by specific conditions explained below.

Skillkesari Academy reserves the right to revise, update, or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be published on the official website, and continued use of our services after such updates will be considered acceptance of the revised policy.

When a learner enrolls in any Skillkesari Academy program, the enrollment is treated as a confirmed intent to participate in structured professional training. From the moment enrollment is confirmed, administrative processes begin, including batch planning, trainer allocation, system access setup, learning resource preparation, and coordination with academic and support teams. These processes involve operational costs that are incurred regardless of whether the learner ultimately completes the program.

Because of this structured delivery model, cancellations requested after enrollment confirmation are subject to review and approval solely at the discretion of Skillkesari Academy. The learner understands and agrees that professional training services are not the same as physical products and therefore cannot be treated as returnable goods.

Skillkesari Academy may, under certain circumstances, cancel, postpone, or reschedule a training program, batch, or service. Such situations may arise due to low enrollment numbers, trainer unavailability due to health or unforeseen professional commitments, technical disruptions, force majeure events, regulatory changes, or internal academic decisions aimed at maintaining training quality.

In cases where Skillkesari Academy cancels a program before its commencement, learners will be informed through their registered email address or contact number. If payment has already been received and the cancellation is initiated by Skillkesari Academy before course access or batch onboarding, the paid amount may be refunded through the original payment method used during enrollment. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on payment gateways, banking systems, or financial institutions, and Skillkesari Academy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Skillkesari Academy also reserves the right to merge batches, adjust schedules, or assign alternate trainers if required to ensure continuity and quality of training. Such changes do not qualify as cancellation or refund triggers, as the primary objective of delivering training remains intact.

In some situations, Skillkesari Academy may require additional verification or documentation from the learner before confirming enrollment. If the learner fails to provide accurate or complete information within a reasonable timeframe, or if discrepancies are found, Skillkesari Academy reserves the right to cancel the enrollment. In such cases, refund decisions will be made after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.

Learners who wish to cancel their enrollment must submit a formal cancellation request through official communication channels of Skillkesari Academy. However, submission of a request does not guarantee approval. Each cancellation request is reviewed based on the stage of enrollment, access to learning materials, participation in sessions, and resources already allocated.

Once a learner has received access to course materials, live sessions, recorded content, practice files, assignments, or trainer support, the enrollment is considered processed. Cancellations requested after this stage are generally not eligible for refunds. This is because intellectual resources, trainer time, platform access, and academic planning are already committed.

Skillkesari Academy retains full authority to determine whether an enrollment has been processed. The learner agrees that this determination is final and binding and will not be disputed.

As a standard industry practice in professional skill training, fees paid towards Skillkesari Academy programs are generally non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed and course access is provided. This includes, but is not limited to, access to live training sessions, recorded lectures, learning resources, assignments, practice datasets, internal tools, and trainer guidance.

Refunds, if applicable, are considered only in limited scenarios where enrollment is cancelled before course processing begins. Even in such cases, Skillkesari Academy may deduct administrative fees, payment gateway charges, or other operational costs incurred during enrollment.

All refunds, when approved, are processed only through the original payment method. Skillkesari Academy does not provide cash refunds or transfers to alternate accounts.

Promotional offers, discounted enrollments, coupon codes, referral benefits, special pricing schemes, or limited-time offers are strictly non-refundable. Once applied, these benefits cannot be reversed, transferred, or reinstated in case of cancellation.

Learners are strongly advised to carefully review course details, batch schedules, and payment terms before using promotional offers.

For learners opting for EMI or installment-based payment options, Skillkesari Academy facilitates access through third-party financial partners or payment gateways. Once an EMI-based enrollment is confirmed, refunds are not applicable. This is because financial agreements are executed between the learner and the third-party provider, and Skillkesari Academy does not control EMI disbursement or repayment terms.

The refund policy applies to the total course value, not individual installments. Learners remain responsible for completing EMI payments as per the agreement with the finance provider, regardless of course participation status.

Skillkesari Academy reserves the right to classify certain enrollments as bulk, corporate, or special registrations. Such classifications may apply when multiple enrollments are made under one account, when services are purchased for resale or redistribution, or when registrations are not intended for personal learning.

Fees paid under such registrations are non-refundable under any circumstances. Any misuse of services, misrepresentation, or violation of usage terms may result in immediate termination without refund.

Course enrollments, access credentials, digital resources, and learning services provided by Skillkesari Academy are strictly non-transferable. Learners are not permitted to share, sell, assign, or transfer access to any other individual. Any attempt to do so will be considered a policy violation and may result in termination of access without refund.

Skillkesari Academy aims to provide uninterrupted learning, but technical issues such as internet outages, device failures, third-party platform disruptions, or personal constraints of the learner are beyond our control. Such issues do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Learners are responsible for ensuring they meet basic technical requirements, including device compatibility and stable internet access.

Skillkesari Academy assigns trainers based on expertise, availability, and batch requirements. While we strive to maintain consistency, trainer changes may occur due to unavoidable circumstances. Such changes are made only to ensure continuity and quality of training and do not qualify as grounds for refund or cancellation.

The academy’s responsibility is to deliver training outcomes, not to guarantee a specific trainer throughout the program.

Learners agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals through banks or payment gateways without first contacting Skillkesari Academy for resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to immediate suspension of access and may result in legal action or recovery proceedings.

Skillkesari Academy does not guarantee job placement, salary outcomes, or employment offers. Training programs are designed to enhance skills and employability, and outcomes depend on individual effort, performance, and market conditions. Refunds will not be issued based on employment expectations.

All disputes arising out of or related to this policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
